GENERAL TERMS

Applies to every partner tier and every service

  1. By registering on SilverPe, the applicant confirms that all details submitted — including identity, address and business information — are true, current and belong to the applicant.
  2. A SilverPe partner account may be opened as a Retailer, Distributor or Master Distributor; the tier selected determines the dashboard features, commission structure and onboarding documents required.
  3. KYC verification is mandatory before any service is activated. SilverPe may request additional documents at any time to complete or re-verify KYC.
  4. The partner wallet must be funded by the partner before processing transactions that require a float; SilverPe does not extend credit against the wallet unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  5. Login credentials are issued to a single individual or authorised business representative and must not be shared, sold or transferred to any other person or entity.
  6. Commission rates shown in the dashboard for any service may be revised by SilverPe from time to time, with the revised rate applying to transactions processed after the change takes effect.
  7. A Distributor is responsible for the conduct of the Retailers it onboards, and a Master Distributor is responsible for the conduct of the Distributors under it, to the extent set out in the respective partner agreement.
  8. SilverPe may suspend or terminate a partner account for fraud, misuse of any service, repeated customer complaints, or violation of these terms or any service-specific terms.
  9. Any dispute arising out of the use of the SilverPe platform is subject to resolution as set out in the partner agreement signed at onboarding, and thereafter to the jurisdiction of the courts stated in that agreement.
  10. These general terms, together with the terms specific to each service, form the complete agreement between the partner and SilverPe for the use of the platform, and may be updated from time to time with notice through the dashboard.
