BBPS service terms
These terms apply specifically to the BBPS service and are in addition to the general SilverPe partner agreement accepted at registration.
- The partner must enter the consumer or account number exactly as shown on the customer's bill; SilverPe is not liable for payments made to an incorrect account due to a data entry error.
- Bill amounts and due dates fetched through BBPS are provided by the respective biller and may occasionally differ from the physical bill; the biller's record is treated as final.
- Once a bill payment is confirmed successful by the biller, it cannot be cancelled or refunded by SilverPe; any dispute must be raised with the biller directly.
- Where a payment remains "pending" beyond the standard resolution window, the partner must raise a ticket through the dashboard rather than accepting a second payment for the same bill.
- Commission is credited only once the biller marks the transaction successful; commission already paid on a later-reversed transaction will be deducted from the partner wallet.
- The partner must not collect any amount from the customer beyond the bill amount and the convenience fee, if any, shown in the dashboard at the time of payment.
- Certain billers may set their own maximum transaction limits; these are displayed at the time of payment and are not set by SilverPe.
- SilverPe may add, remove or temporarily suspend individual billers based on network availability, without prior notice.
- Misuse of the BBPS service, including payments on behalf of unrelated third parties for a fee outside the disclosed convenience fee, may lead to suspension of the partner account.
- These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the BBPS service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
