UPI Cash Withdrawal
Let customers scan a QR code or enter a UPI ID to pull cash at your counter — no card, no biometric device, settled straight from their bank app.
Cash-out powered by the customer's own UPI app
UPI Cash Withdrawal lets a customer pay into your SilverPe counter wallet using any UPI app by scanning a QR code or entering a UPI ID, after which you hand over the equivalent cash. It's a card-free, biometric-free alternative to AEPS, useful for customers who bank with institutions not yet enabled for AEPS or who simply prefer to pay by UPI.
Works with any UPI app
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any other UPI-enabled app can be used to pay.
No card or biometric needed
Only a smartphone with a UPI app and a linked bank account is required.
Instant confirmation
Both the counter and the customer see a payment confirmation in seconds.
Dynamic QR per transaction
Each withdrawal generates a fresh QR with the exact amount to avoid mismatched payments.
Works alongside AEPS
Offer it as a fallback when a customer's bank isn't AEPS-enabled or biometric match fails.
Same wallet, same statement
Funds collected appear in the same SilverPe wallet ledger as your other services.

UPI Cash Withdrawal service terms
These terms apply specifically to the UPI Cash Withdrawal service and are in addition to the general SilverPe partner agreement accepted at registration.
- Cash must be handed to the customer only after the dashboard shows the UPI payment as confirmed successful, not on the basis of a screenshot shown by the customer.
- Each withdrawal must use a freshly generated QR code for the exact amount; reusing a previously generated QR for a different amount is not permitted.
- The partner is responsible for having sufficient cash at the counter to complete withdrawals up to the daily limit it chooses to offer.
- Per-transaction and daily limits are set by SilverPe and may be adjusted based on network and risk considerations, with changes reflected in the dashboard.
- Where a customer's UPI payment is debited but not reflected as successful in the dashboard, the partner must not hand over cash until the transaction status is confirmed or resolved through support.
- Commission is payable only on transactions confirmed successful in the dashboard; amounts later reversed by the customer's bank will be deducted from the partner wallet along with any commission paid.
- The partner must not charge the customer any amount over and above the withdrawal amount and any convenience fee disclosed on screen.
- SilverPe may suspend UPI Cash Withdrawal access for any partner ID showing a pattern of disputed or unusually structured transactions.
- This service is intended for genuine cash withdrawal by the paying customer and must not be used to route payments for unrelated purposes.
- These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the UPI Cash Withdrawal service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about UPI Cash Withdrawal
AEPS authenticates with the customer's Aadhaar and fingerprint against their bank. UPI Cash Withdrawal instead uses a UPI payment from the customer's own app, with no biometric device involved.
If the dashboard does not confirm success, do not hand over cash. Ask the customer to retry, or check the transaction status before proceeding.
No, a new QR must be generated for a different amount; the original QR remains valid only for the amount it was created for.
